MS Office version differences

There are some differences with each of the Microsoft Office versions released. Each one brings a different feel and features to improve productivity and workflow. It’s important we know what version is used so we can maximize compatibility, ensure stability, and make sure the templates work as intended


If you are using an Office 365 subscription and frequently update, you may have the latest version available. However, you can determine exactly what version you are using by following the steps below.

With the earlier Office versions, you can determine the version by the startup screen when first opening the program, or you can tell by the look of the File bar icon and ribbon.
